Zero Rust High Performance Barrier Coatings

| Finish performance is always dependent on surface preparation. Our products, used as primers or double coated as primer and finish, should be applied at 2.5 to 3 mil dry film thickness over surface profile. Apply at 288 sq. ft. per gallon for 3 mil. dry film. For maximum protection, use black or red oxide as a base coat. For marine or corrosive environments, apply two coats of black or red oxide (total 5 to 6 mil dry film thickness) before top coating. Zero Rust may be used as its own topcoat for a satin finish.
